ams Italy S.r.l. is seeking a senior expert in HF analog circuit design for broadband optical communication ICs in Lombardy.

You will define methodologies, lead critical analog developments and mentor engineers while driving transmitter and receiver innovations. Primary responsibilities include leading high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuit design, defining design methodologies, and guiding technical reviews to sign-off, with a strong emphasis on SI, jitter, and advanced CMOS nodes

Competenze

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering required.
• 15+ years analog IC design experience required.
• Broadband optical communication IC design knowledge required, including HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers and receiver/transmitter front-end requirements.

Mansioni

• Lead design of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits.
• Define analog design methodologies and drive sign-off decisions.
• Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders.
