Executive Integrity is assisting a fast-growing renewable energy platform to appoint a PPA Origination Manager in Milan. You will originate, structure, negotiate Corporate and Utility PPAs across European power markets, build a pipeline, and shape revenue strategies in collaboration with development, investment, and finance teams.

Fluent English is essential; 5+ years in PPA origination or energy markets, with deep knowledge of European electricity markets and strong negotiation skills.

• Strong knowledge of European electricity markets and merchant pricing.
• Experience negotiatingCorporate PPAs, Utility PPAs, or route-to-market contracts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across technical and commercial teams.

Mansioni

• Originate, structure, negotiate, and execute Corporate PPAs and Utility PPAs across European power markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate offtakers, utilities, energy traders, and brokers.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and build a robust pipeline of PPA transactions.
• Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, tenor, settlement, credit terms, and risk allocation.
• Collaborate with development, investment, finance, and asset management to align strategies with project financing.
