Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a CTS Project Manager to lead delivery of complex climate technology projects. You will drive P&L accountability, ensure customer satisfaction, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet contractual commitments.

Responsibilities cover execution across project phases, risk mitigation, and collaboration with external partners. A engineering degree and PMP/IPMA certification are preferred, with readiness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required with project management experience.
• PMP/IPMA certification strongly preferred.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery and ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
• Manage project-related activities and resources across functions.
• Be the primary contact for stakeholders and drive opportunities from challenges.
• Ensure financials, delivery timelines, and quality meet targets.
• Develop execution models for large EPC projects and partnerships.
• Oversee all project development phases, including conceptual and FEEDs.
