Analog Devices, Inc. in Catania, Italy seeks a Principal Analog IC Design Engineer to lead power-management architectures for next-generation PMICs in portable applications. The role involves direct engagement with multi-site teams and mentoring responsibilities.

You will drive block-level design, simulations, and debugging, ensuring high efficiency and robustness across process, voltage, and temperature variations, with collaboration across global sites.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience as an analog/mixed-signal IC designer.
• Deep expertise in power-management circuit design (switching regulators, LDOs, charge pumps).
• Experience with amplifiers, DACs, ADCs, bandgaps, bias circuits is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for multi-site teams.

Mansioni

• Define architecture and develop high-performance mixed-signal devices.
• IC block design, transistor-level circuit design and simulation.
• Lead power block bring-up, silicon debug, and optimization.
• Collaborate with system architects to define end-to-end power architectures.
• Present technical results to engineering teams and customers.
