Renesas Electronics in Italy is seeking a Sr. Staff Power Conversion Technologist to shape long‑term power delivery architectures from the rack bus bar to the ASIC voltage regulator and to drive system‑level innovation.

You will lead technology roadmaps, perform rigorous modeling and trade studies of power converters, engage top customers, and guide cross‑functional teams through feasibility studies, prototyping, and KPI development to communicate value and secure execution.

Competenze

• Experience in power electronics, PDN design, or system architecture.
• Strong modeling and design of power conversion.
• Excellent executive communication skills.

• Engage with top customers to capture system challenges and requirements.
• Model, simulate, and analyze power converters and full power distribution architectures.
• Evaluate technology options for next-generation architectures.
• Assess manufacturing flows and critical process considerations for 3D power packaging.
