RINA is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager for Ports & Maritime Engineering based in Genoa, Italy. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams across the project lifecycle, from feasibility to design and construction supervision, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality outcomes for national and international port projects.

The role requires senior-level expertise in maritime projects, strong contract and stakeholder management, and fluency in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project engineering experience in a structured setting.
• Experience in cross-functional teamwork on maritime projects.
• Professional PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2) desirable; Agile cert beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and lifecycle management.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own overall profit and loss for single projects.
• Manage major contracts within the Business Line.
• Lead technical and contractual discussions with customers and suppliers.
• Plan and control schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate work of engineers, designers, and vendors to a baseline.
• Monitor progress, assess deviations, and implement recoveries.
• Schedule work using PM tools and ensure compliance with prime contracts.
• Ensure archiving and quality checks on deliverables.
• Familiarize with company management tools.
• Prepare invoicing requests and monitor payments.
