Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a Junior Performance Marketer for a fast-growing consumer AI business. This remote role focuses on hands-on paid acquisition across mainstream channels, launching, testing and optimising campaigns, with growth toward independent budget management.

You'll work closely with the CMO & Co-founder on CAC, ROAS, conversions and commercial performance, across Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram or Reddit. This B2B contractor position offers worldwide remote working.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken skills.
• Hands-on experience in paid acquisition or media buying.
• Proven ability to launch and optimise campaigns personally.
• Experience with scalable consumer platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram, Reddit).
• Strong CAC/ROAS understanding and clear communication of results.
• Willingness to work as a B2B contractor and on an NSFW product.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage paid acquisition campaigns across consumer platforms.
• Optimize campaigns based on CAC, ROAS, conversions and performance.
• Test audiences, creatives and strategies to improve results.
• Monitor results and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Analyse performance data and translate findings into actions.
• Own campaigns and clearly communicate personal contributions and results.
• Progress toward independently managing larger acquisition budgets.
