Next Ventures is seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Manufacturing Support Analyst to provide advanced functional support for Oracle EBS manufacturing modules (INV, MDM, WIP, MRP, ASCP, etc.). You will own complex incidents end-to-end, perform deep root-cause analysis, and drive preventive improvements within a global Follow-the-Sun support model.

Competenze

Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS manufacturing modules.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to identify root causes and translate findings into corrective actions.
Understanding of ERP support processes, SLAs, and incident prioritisation.

Mansioni

Take end-to-end ownership of complex Oracle EBS incidents and resolve within SLA targets.
Support ticket prioritisation and backlog management for high-severity incidents.
Analyse, design, validate, and implement functional fixes and workarounds with business stakeholders.
Prepare structured ticket handover documentation for global teams.
Coordinate activities across the analyst team to balance workloads and ensure consistent service delivery.
Conduct in-depth root-cause analysis for cross-module incidents.
