Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years in manufacturing/operations in nuclear or complex sectors.
• 5+ years leading managers in regulated environments.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, nuclear quality or related qualifications a plus.
• English: professional working proficiency; Italian: fluent or professional working proficiency where required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, reliability, and performance of manufacturing operations.
• Report to Operations Director and lead Operations Leadership Team.
• Govern fabrication and production to ensure structured, staffed, qualified operations.
• Meet production commitments through compliant and authorized means.
• Translate project demand into workforce, equipment, and space requirements.
• Promote structured improvement programs for safety, quality, efficiency, and reliability.
