Ocean Infinity is seeking a Principal Geotechnical Engineer to lead offshore wind geotechnical analysis, design, interpretation and project delivery across feasibility, site investigation, detailed design and operations.

The role requires a PhD or MSc in geotechnical engineering, 10+ years of experience, and strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities, with an emphasis on safety and environmental responsibility.

Competenze

• PhD or Master’s degree in geotechnical engineering (or similar).
• Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering foundation design, ideally offshore wind.
• Excellent report writing, presentation skills and ability to summarise complex information for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong time management, planning, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Mansioni

• Acting as technical authority for offshore geotechnical analysis, interpretation and design projects.
• Leading the technical aspects of proposals/bids for offshore foundation design projects.
• Developing network of business and technical contacts to promote geotechnical engineering.
• Mentoring of early-to-mid career team members.
