CNH Industrial is seeking a Test Engineer in Modena, Italy, to advance NVH development for tractor products. The role emphasizes experimental methods, test planning, and data-driven problem solving in a hands-on, on-site setting.

The candidate should have 5+ years in NVH, strong testing experience, and familiarity with LMS Test.Lab and FEM/MBD tools. Strong collaboration and travel readiness are essential. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Formación

• 5+ years of proved experience in NVH development.
• Experience with testing and optimization for durability, reliability, sound and vibration.
• Experience with structural and acoustic data acquisition systems, hardware and software, and strain measurement.
• Knowledge of LMS Test.Lab; FEM/MBD tools such as ANSYS, Optistruct, ADAMS is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
• Results-oriented with a customer focus.
• Experience in tractor/off-highway environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Test-measure and analyze vibroacoustic data to develop quiet tractor designs.
• Address acoustic and vibration problems with existing products.
• Lead NVH activities from technical and planning perspectives.
• Plan, conduct, and supervise acoustic and vibration tests including modal and rotor testing.
• Document results with clear final test reports for problem resolution.
