ABB in Genova is seeking an experienced commissioning lead to manage highly complex projects in the nuclear sector. You will ensure solutions are developed per ABB standards, safely and cost-effectively, while delivering tailored technical solutions to customer requirements.

You will coordinate with project teams, managers and site stakeholders, drive risk assessments, and coach teams on safe, cybersecure commissioning practices within a regulatory environment.

Competenze

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical/automation engineering or related field.
• Experience in installation, commissioning, or project execution in industrial, energy, nuclear, or automation environments.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, contractual, and cybersecurity requirements in commissioning.
• Capable of managing multiple stakeholders including customers and contractors.
• Proactive problem-solver with analytical and risk-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills; Italian and English proficient.
