Qualifications

• Experience in program management, solution architecture, and integration.
• Certifications in program/project management (PgMP/DM).
• Technical certifications in network and security domains.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer and internal teams on program delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of network and security services.
• Lead program organization with PMs, architects, QA teams.
• Obtain client signoff for specs and manage change requests.
• Drive solution architecture and due diligence for requirements.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Maintain SOWs, estimations, and service delivery reports.
