Job summary

Wipro in Milano seeks an IT Coordination professional to lead end-to-end deployment of Edge IT Platform activities across markets and sites. You will ensure qualified demand, readiness, and disciplined execution with clear documentation and a smooth handover to run teams.

The role requires strong planning, vendor coordination and cross-functional communication in English and Italian, with exposure to ITSM, CMDB and network fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating infrastructure deployments in a global managed-services environment.
• Strong planning, follow-up and documentation discipline across ITSM/change processes.
• Practical vendor/MSP/OEM coordination across multiple sites and stakeholders.
• Working understanding of LAN/WLAN, WAN/SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, asset lifecycle and CMDB.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Italian (or English and German/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment plans, milestones, readiness checks, and cross-team dependencies.
• Gather and clarify market/site demand; maintain decisions, risk and action logs.
• Align daily activity across site contacts, platform teams, MSPs and suppliers.
• Track site access, facilities prerequisites, and lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate testing, runbooks, monitoring, and handover to support teams.
• Support capacity and infrastructure activities including rack setup and cable management.
