NTT DATA Romania is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to design, implement and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile apps. You will work with cross-functional teams to derive test plans and ensure high-quality software releases.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of software testing experience, strong programming skills in Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript, and hands-on experience with Playwright, Appium, Selenium and CI/CD pipelines. English communication is essential.

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in software testing.
• Strong programming skills in Java, TypeScript, or JavaScript.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using industry-standard testing frameworks and tools.
• Collaborate with the development and product teams to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
• Execute and analyze automated test results, identifying and reporting issues and defects.
• Work closely with manual testing teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Participate in the identification and implementation of test automation best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process by providing feedback on areas of improvement.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in test automation tools and methodologies.
