Job summary

Allianz in Lombardy, Italy seeks a Motor Pricing analyst to support the Motor Pricing Team across data collection, modeling, tariffs development and quotes. The role requires 5–7 years of motor pricing experience in insurers or consultancies, strong SAS/Python skills, Italian and English fluency, and the ability to work independently with stakeholders to continually improve pricing methods.

The candidate will interact with other business functions and contribute to the technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in quantitative fields and 5–7 years in motor pricing.
• SAS, Python and Office Suite proficiency, including VBA for Excel.
• Knowledge of Fleet/Automotive quotes and pricing models.
• Fluency in Italian and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop independently technical analyses aligned with Group Best Practice across the tariff process.
• Data collection and preparation for modeling and analysis.
• Advanced statistical analyses for risk and behavioral models.
• Scenario testing to evaluate tariff impact on portfolio performance.
• Interface with other business functions and update technical documentation.
