RavenPack is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the Search & Recommendation team at our Marbella headquarters. You will own the full ML lifecycle from ideation to deployment, building scalable retrieval and ranking systems for financial professionals.

The role requires strong Python, ML framework expertise (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and hands-on experience with vector databases and NLP techniques. English communication is essential and European legal working status is required.

Competenze

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in production, especially in IR/ Search or Recommender Systems.
• Strong Python coding and SQL querying skills.
• Deep knowledge of ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, plus Scikit-learn and Hugging Face.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases.
• Analytical mindset with strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English, and clear communication within a team.
