NUM AG in Cuggiono, Italy, is seeking a Senior System Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team on-site. You will design, implement, and manage enterprise Microsoft environments with a focus on reliability, security, and performance.

You will lead complex projects, mentor junior engineers, and support migration and cloud transformation initiatives, utilizing Windows Server, AD, GPO, DNS/DHCP, and PowerShell automation.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Engineer in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration, AD DS / GPO, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with server virtualization (VMware vSphere / Hyper-V) and backup solutions (Veeam).
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation; strong troubleshooting skills.
• Good written and spoken English.

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise Microsoft infrastructures.
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (2016/2025).
• Administer and optimize Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP.
• Manage virtualization platforms (Nutanix, VMware vSphere).
• Design and maintain backup, disaster recovery.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide advanced technical support.
