The Palace Company Europe in Milan is seeking a Senior Sales Manager MICE to drive the development, promotion and sale of the Baglioni Hotels & Resorts Collection across MICE, Wedding and Corporate segments.

You will manage a portfolio of national and international accounts, develop new business opportunities, and represent the brand at trade shows and client events to achieve annual sales targets.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years' experience in sales MICE.
• Established network of MICE, Wedding and Corporate contacts.
• Strong negotiation, commercial and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of English; Spanish a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and events.

Mansioni

• Independently manage and develop a portfolio of national and international MICE, Wedding and Corporate accounts.
• Develop and implement sales plans, prospecting and managing the sales process from enquiry to closing.
• Represent Baglioni Hotels & Resorts as a senior autonomous liaison at client events and familiarisation trips.
• Monitor market developments and competition, identify new markets and provide market intelligence.
• Track sales performance to meet or exceed annual targets with up-to-date account information.
• Build strong relationships with industry partners and participate in trade shows and events.
