De’Longhi Group is seeking a Senior Media Strategist to guide the global media roadmap across De’Longhi, Kenwood, Braun, and Nutribullet brands. You will connect HQ with local markets, ensuring efficient media investments and a unified approach with the Global Media Agency.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in media management, strong digital and performance-driven expertise, and excellent English communication.

Job description

The Role in a Nutshell:
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Senior Media Strategist to join our Global Paid Media team at the De’Longhi Group Headquarters. Reporting directly to the Head of Paid Media, you will be a key driver in defining and overseeing the Group’s media strategy across all brands (De’Longhi, Kenwood, Braun, and Nutribullet).
You will act as the vital link between our central HQ and local markets, ensuring that media investments are optimized for maximum efficiency and impact. This is not just a coordination role; you will be the primary point of interface with our Global Media Agency, leading the development of global briefs and empowering markets to achieve best-in-class performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Market Support: Provide strategic guidance to local markets in developing effective and efficient media plans that align with the Global Media Framework and local business goals.
  • Performance & ROI Maximization: Analyze campaign results globally to identify trends and best practices. Collaborate with markets and agencies to continuously optimize performance and maximize ROI.
  • Planning & Consolidation: Collect and consolidate marketing and media plans from all global markets, providing HQ with a centralized and transparent view of global media investments.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between HQ brand teams, digital departments, and local marketing leads to ensure a unified and consistent media approach.
  • Agency Governance: Lead the relationship with our Global Media Agency to develop, implement, and refine the global media brief, ensuring excellence in execution worldwide.
Job Profile

Who You Are:

  • The Seasoned Professional: You have 7+ years of experience in media management, ideally gained within a top-tier international media agency or a large multinational corporation.
  • Holistic Media Expert: You possess a 360-degree understanding of the media landscape. While you have a holistic profile, you are particularly strong in Digital Media and performance-driven strategies.
  • Strategic & Analytical: You are comfortable translating complex data into actionable insights and "so-what" summaries for senior leadership.
  • International Mindset: You thrive in global environments, managing diverse stakeholders across different cultures and regions.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

  • Tools: Advanced knowledge of digital media measurement tools and bidding platforms.
  • Language Skills: Full professional fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Budget Management: Proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-channel media budgets.

  • Our salary range for this position is 50-65.000€, plus MBO, and the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) is metalmeccanico.
