COMAS S.p.A., a Coesia company, in Silea, Italy, seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to design and develop machines and production lines, applying thermodynamics and heat transfer to thermal and process systems.

Responsibilities include sizing calculations, optimizing energy efficiency, and collaboration with assembly and quality teams. Requirements: 10+ years in mechanical design, a Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, proficiency with Inventor or AutoCAD, and English fluency.

Competenze

• Senior Mechanical Engineer with at least 10 years of experience in mechanical design and thermodynamic engineering.
• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and proficient with CAD tools Inventor or AutoCAD.

Mansioni

• Design and develop cost-effective changes of machine parts according to customer requirements.
• Perform engineering calculations to size mechanical and thermal systems, including heat exchangers and air handling.
• Apply thermodynamics and heat transfer principles to optimize energy efficiency and process reliability.
• Interact with Assembly dept. during project execution.
• Collaborate with Documentation and Quality during validation activities.
