Saipem, Milano, is seeking a Buyer to join the Supply Chain Function. You will manage sourcing strategies, analyze supplier proposals, and lead negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms for Electrical & Instrumentation procurement.

The role requires 3-5 years as a Buyer, English proficiency, and experience with SAP and MS Office. Hybrid work model and a CCNL Energia e Petrolio contract are offered in Milano center.

Competenze

• Education: High School Diploma in Electrical / Electrotechnical / Electromechanics or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5 years years of experience as a Buyer, preferably within Oil & Gas Industry.
• Good proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of SAP, Teams, Outlook and MS Office main apps.

Mansioni

• Manage sourcing strategies and RFQ processes with market competitiveness and confidentiality.
• Analyze supplier proposals to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize expenditures.
• Lead commercial negotiations with domestic and international suppliers for favorable terms.
• Prepare, negotiate and manage purchase orders and contracts across the procurement lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with corporate procedures and project requirements with stakeholders.
