Oxigent Technologies cerca un Senior Manager - Strategy & Innovation per guidare iniziative di strategia aziendale e innovazione, lavorando con i senior executives e contribuendo a decisioni ad alto impatto. La posizione è basata a Barcellona in un contesto internazionale.

Le responsabilità includono guidare programmi di strategia a livello CxO, sviluppare roadmaps e business case, coordinare workstreams, influenzare stakeholder e supportare lo sviluppo di manager e analisti.

Competenze

• Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, innovation o business transformation.
• Esperienza in firm di strategy di livello Tier 1 (es. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Oliver Wyman).
• Precedente ruolo come Engagement Manager, Project Leader o equivalente.
• Capacità di strutturare sfide aziendali ambigue e proporre soluzioni strategiche.
• Esperienza nel presentare strategie, roadmaps e raccomandazioni a livello CxO.
• Spiccate doti di program management, gestione degli stakeholder e leadership di team.
• Ottima padronanza dell’inglese sia scritto che parlato.

At Oxigent Technologies, we are looking for a Senior Manager - Strategy & Innovation to join a strategic growth and innovation team based in Barcelona.

Your mission will be to lead corporate and operational strategy initiatives and support the strategic management, aimed at accelerating high-impact projects across the organisation.

What will your main responsibilities be?

• Lead CxO-level strategy and innovation programmes, from problem definition to final recommendations.
• Develop strategic roadmaps, business cases, blueprints and executive presentations.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, defining priorities, governance, resources and milestones.
• Advise and influence senior executives and key stakeholders across different business units and regions.
• Identify business, technology and industry trends and translate them into strategic opportunities.
• Mentor and support the development of managers, analysts and junior team members.

What will you need?

• At least 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, innovation or business transformation.
• Experience within a Tier 1 strategy consulting firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, or equivalent firms)
• Previous experience as an Engagement Manager, Project Leader or equivalent.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business challenges and develop strategic proposals from a blank page.
• Experience creating and presenting CxO-level strategies, roadmaps and recommendations.
• Strong programme management, stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Sciences or a related field.

Freelance collaboration

• Freelance rate of up to €700 per day, depending on the experience provided.
• Long-term strategic project within an international organisation.
• Possibility of joining the client's internal team after the initial collaboration period.

Permanent employment

• Permanent contract through Oxigent Technologies.
• Salary of up to €100,000 gross per year, depending on the experience provided.
