Oxigent Technologies cerca un Senior Manager - Strategy & Innovation per guidare iniziative strategiche e progetti ad alto impatto, lavorando con i senior executives e contribuendo alle decisioni strategiche dell’organizzazione. La posizione è basata a Barcellona.

Offriamo due modelli di collaborazione: freelance fino a 700 € al giorno e un contratto permanente con stipendio fino a 100.000 € lordi all’anno, con formazione, assicurazione sanitaria privata e benefit.

Competenze

• Min. 5 years di esperienza in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, innovation o transformation.
• Esperienza in una top firma di consulenza (es. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Oliver Wyman) o equivalente.
• Precedente ruolo come Engagement Manager / Project Leader o equivalente.
• Capacità di strutturare sfide di business ambigue e proporre soluzioni strategiche dal blank page.
• Abilità nel presentare strategie e roadmaps a livello CxO.
• Ottime capacità di programme e stakeholder management e leadership di team.
• Ottima padronanza dell’inglese.
• Laurea in Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Scienze o campo correlato.

Mansioni

• Guidare programmi di strategia e innovazione a livello CxO dall’analisi alle raccomandazioni finali.
• Developare roadmaps, business case, blueprints e presentazioni esecutive.
• Coordinare multiple workstreams definendo priorità, governance, risorse e milestone.
• Consigliare e influenzare senior executives e stakeholder chiave.
• Identificare tendenze di business/tech/industria e trasformarle in opportunità strategiche.
• Mentorare lo sviluppo di manager, analisti e team.

Would you like to continue developing your career in Strategy & Innovation within a global company operating in the air transport and technology sector, working directly with senior executives and contributing to high-impact strategic decisions?

At Oxigent Technologies, we are looking for a Senior Manager - Strategy & Innovation to join a strategic growth and innovation team based in Barcelona.

Your mission will be to lead corporate and operational strategy initiatives and support the strategic management, aimed at accelerating high-impact projects across the organisation.

What will your main responsibilities be?

• Lead CxO-level strategy and innovation programmes, from problem definition to final recommendations.
• Develop strategic roadmaps, business cases, blueprints and executive presentations.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, defining priorities, governance, resources and milestones.
• Advise and influence senior executives and key stakeholders across different business units and regions.
• Identify business, technology and industry trends and translate them into strategic opportunities.
• Mentor and support the development of managers, analysts and junior team members.

What will you need?

• At least 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, innovation or business transformation.
• Experience within a Tier 1 strategy consulting firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, or equivalent firms)
• Previous experience as an Engagement Manager, Project Leader or equivalent.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business challenges and develop strategic proposals from a blank page.
• Experience creating and presenting CxO-level strategies, roadmaps and recommendations.
• Strong programme management, stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Sciences or a related field.
