Oxigent Technologies cerca un Senior Manager - Strategy & Innovation per guidare iniziative strategiche a livello globale e supportare la gestione strategica finalizzata ad accelerare progetti ad alto impatto.

La funzione prevede la leadership di programmi con CxO-level, sviluppo di roadmaps e presentazioni executive, gestione di stakeholder e mentorizzazione di manager e analisti, con opportunità di collaborazioni freelance o a tempo indeterminato.

Competenze

• Possiede almeno 5 anni di esperienza in strategy consulting, corporate strategy o innovazione.
• Esperienza in una società di consulenza di livello Tier 1 o equivalenti.
• Capacità di strutturare sfide di business complesse e proporre soluzioni strategiche.
• Abilità nel presentare strategie a livello CxO e roadmap strategiche.

Mansioni

• Guidare programmi di strategia e innovazione a livello CxO, dalla definizione al consiglio finale.
• Sviluppare roadmaps, business case, blueprints e presentazioni esecutive.
• Coordinare diversi workstreams, definire priorità, governance e risorse.
• Consigliare e influenzare dirigenti e stakeholder tra unità di business e regioni.
• Identificare tendenze di business, tecnologia e settore e tradurle in opportunità.

At Oxigent Technologies, we are looking for a Senior Manager - Strategy & Innovation to join a strategic growth and innovation team based in Barcelona.

Your mission will be to lead corporate and operational strategy initiatives and support the strategic management, aimed at accelerating high-impact projects across the organisation.

What will your main responsibilities be?

• Lead CxO-level strategy and innovation programmes, from problem definition to final recommendations.
• Develop strategic roadmaps, business cases, blueprints and executive presentations.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, defining priorities, governance, resources and milestones.
• Advise and influence senior executives and key stakeholders across different business units and regions.
• Identify business, technology and industry trends and translate them into strategic opportunities.
• Mentor and support the development of managers, analysts and junior team members.

What will you need?

• At least 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, innovation or business transformation.
• Experience within a Tier 1 strategy consulting firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, or equivalent firms)
• Previous experience as an Engagement Manager, Project Leader or equivalent.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business challenges and develop strategic proposals from a blank page.
• Experience creating and presenting CxO-level strategies, roadmaps and recommendations.
• Strong programme management, stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Sciences or a related field.

Freelance collaboration

• Freelance rate of up to €700 per day, depending on the experience provided.
• Long-term strategic project within an international organisation.

• Permanent contract through Oxigent Technologies.
• Salary of up to €100,000 gross per year, depending on the experience provided.
