Job summary

Cassina in Milan seeks a Senior Sales Advisor to join the Store Sales Team and provide clients with expert advice throughout the purchasing journey.

You will welcome customers, develop new sales opportunities, nurture relationships with existing clients and support the Store Manager with CRM and sales activities.

This permanent role offers a salary range of €34,000–€38,000 plus commission, reflecting our luxury design culture and commitment to professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in design or furniture.
• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• Experience in luxury environments is a plus.
• Ability to meet commercial goals.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients visiting the Store with hospitality.
• Develop new sales opportunities to achieve store objectives.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Support the Store Manager in business development initiatives.
• Provide clients with product information and professional advice.
• Use and maintain CRM, quotation and project registration systems.
• Ensure accurate and timely management of client and sales information.
