Department of War Education Activity (DOWEA) in Europe/Italy region seeks a supervisor to manage logistics staff and coordinate transportation for district and school-level needs. You will ensure property accountability and oversee DPAS review processes in the assigned area.

The role requires coordinating with meal service providers and maintaining inventory records, while aligning with district priorities and support agreements. Prior experience in federal logistics is preferred.

Competenze

• One year of specialized experience including supervising subordinates, assigning work, and evaluating performance.
• Experience coordinating transportation plans and managing logistical programs (property accountability, supply purchasing, equipment life-cycle).
• Time in Grade requirements and ICTAP/legacy considerations may apply for federal positions.

Mansioni

• Performs a full range of first-level supervisory responsibilities and plans work for subordinates.
• Supervises a staff of logistics functional experts who support district-level transportation and school-level operations.
• Serves as the Accountable Property Office (APO) for the District Superintendent's office; reviews DPAS transactions second-level.
• Develops and implements inventory requirements and reconciles property records with APSR within the assigned area.
• Acts as liaison to the designated community student meal service provider.
• Coordinates Inter Service Support Agreements (ISSA) at the district level.
