Do IT Now is seeking a Senior Linux System Administrator to join our team in Emilia Romagna on a hybrid basis. The role covers installation, configuration, and maintenance of HPC systems on GNU/Linux, including hardware/software components of HPC architectures and low-latency networks.

You will collaborate with experts to deploy and optimize applications, troubleshoot issues, and train users. Strong English and Italian language skills are required, with remote-friendly opportunities and a path

Competenze

Over 3 years of experience in Linux/HPC roles.
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
Experience in managing service desk tools and Linux systems (RedHat EL, SLES).
Networking: Switching, VLAN; certification preferred.
Monitoring: Zabbix, Grafana; storage management in Linux/Windows environments.
Scripting: Shell and Python.

Mansioni

Install, configure and maintain HPC systems on GNU/Linux distributions.
Define and configure hardware and software components of HPC architecture (servers, networks, storage, queues).
Collaborate with experts to identify advanced solutions and install; configure apps.
