Deutsche Telekom in Milan is seeking a Senior Lead AI Experience & UX Design to define the strategic AI-driven customer experience across Telekom's digital ecosystem. You will shape the long-term UX vision and lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, human-centered products.

The role combines design leadership with AI innovation, governance, and responsible AI practices. You will mentor designers, influence executives, evolve the Design System, and drive multimodal experiences across

Competenze

Proven ability to define UX vision and design strategy for complex digital ecosystems.
Experience building and leading high-performing design teams.
Strong stakeholder management at senior executive level.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI, conversational interfaces and AI automation.
Fluent in English; German or additional languages considered an advantage.
