Galderma is seeking a National Key Account Manager for the Italian market to drive growth with pharmaceutical retailers and wholesalers. You will manage a Junior resource, provide day-to-day coaching, and report to the Head of Sales Consumer, Italy.

You will lead joint business plans, negotiate favorable terms, forecast sales, and collaborate with Marketing, Field Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Service to execute strategies and strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Master's or bachelor's degree required.
• Proven track record in KAM or sales leadership.
• Experience in pharmaceutical retail/wholesale preferred.

• Develop and roll-out joint business plans with key accounts, focusing on sell-in and sell-out strategies.
• Lead commercial negotiations, securing optimal and compliant terms while maintaining strong customer focus.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and monitor performance of revenues and market share.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Field Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
