Kyndryl Italia Innovation Services is hiring a Java software engineer to design, build and maintain high-volume business logic on the mainframe modernization journey. You will refactor legacy code to enable modern cloud and mobile applications to interact with core data.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in Java microservices.
• Proficiency in Java 17 and Spring Boot 3.x.
• Designing and implementing microservices-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Familiarity with OpenAPI 3.0 and Swagger.

• Developing and testing Java microservices based on predefined architectural and functional specifications.
• Implementing business logic for complex, highly reliable transactional processes.
• Contributing to the development of orchestration, integration, and data synchronization services.
• Implementing REST APIs documented using the OpenAPI 3.0 specification.
• Writing automated unit and integration tests, while contributing to the overall quality and maintainability of the codebase.
• Supporting debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities.
• Collaborating with the team on observability, structured logging, metrics, and distributed tracing initiatives.
• Developing highly reliable services for transactional processes with stringent scalability and resilience requirements.
