Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking an IT Compliance and Risk Specialist to shape and improve the IT Risk Management strategy across a Business Unit. You will identify risks, analyze controls, and promote a risk-aware culture while aligning with regulatory requirements.

You will lead risk assessments, support process definitions, and deliver training to diverse stakeholders. Strong English skills and collaboration with global teams are essential for success.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional IT experience with strong expertise in risk management, compliance, information security, or audit.
• Experience in risk assessments, control evaluations, and remediation management is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to influence across teams.
