Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT controls, IT audit, or IT compliance.
• Strong expertise in SOX ITGC controls (access management, change management, operations).
• Experience with access review methodologies and SoD frameworks.
• Experience with audit coordination and evidence management.
• Experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow).
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional global teams under time pressure.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and execute IT General Controls across enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Ensure controls are operating effectively across domains: access provisioning, SoD, change management, operations; maintain narratives and testing procedures.
• Conduct periodic access reviews, perform SoD analysis, and manage recertification campaigns.
• Act as IT interface for Internal/External Audit; coordinate evidence gathering for SOX testing; drive remediation of findings.
• Oversee user provisioning workflows, role assignments, and access changes; ensure timely terminations and streamlined processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate control testing and evidence collection; leverage IAM and GRC tools to improve efficiency.
• Partner with Application, Infrastructure, Finance, HR, and Internal Audit to translate compliance requirements into IT processes.
