Kanadevia Inova is a global innovation leader in waste infrastructure, seeking a senior engineer to audit engineering, design, construction, commissioning, and quality management across large EPC projects.

You will assess design reviews, change management, interface coordination, documentation control, and standards compliance, while mitigating technical risks and driving cross-functional improvements. Fluent English and readiness to travel up to 30% are required.

Competenze

• Engineering degree with 7–15 years in large industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of plant design, construction, commissioning, and ISO 9001 quality management.
• Ability to translate risks into business impacts and apply audit concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to challenge senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 7–15 years of experience in engineering, construction, commissioning, or site execution within large industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of plant design, construction, commissioning processes, technical documentation, and quality management (ISO 9001).
• Ability to identify technical risks, translate them into business impacts, and apply audit or risk management principles.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and negotiation skills; able to challenge senior stakeholders effectively.
• Fluent English, high integrity, independent working style, international mindset, and willingness to travel up to 30%

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross): 72 000 EUR/per year

This amount is our minimum offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience, and qualifications.
