Hill International in Milano is seeking an experienced professional to manage and coordinate project interfaces across multiple work packages, drilling and reservoir engineering to ensure schedule alignment and data integrity.

Qualifications include a Bachelor degree and 8 years of relevant experience, with excellent spoken and written English and proven report-writing ability. The role focuses on cross-team cooperation and cost-effective integration of technical interfaces.

Mansioni

• Coordinate project interfaces among multiple work packages and Contractors, Drilling and Reservoir engineering to maintain schedule, design integrity and data consistency.
• Ensure cost-effective integration between packages and between surface and subsurface activities.
• Maintain technical integrity of interfaces and manage related activities to trace agreements and changes.
• Promote technical cooperation within the team and with Contractors to minimize risks.

Main responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project technical interfaces between multiple work packages / Contractors, Drilling and Reservoir engineering to ensure compliance with schedule, consistent design basis and data set and overall design integrity
• Ensure cost effective integration between different packages / Contractors and between surface and subsurface activities
• Ensure Technical integrity of the interfaces
• Effective interface management and control including their relevant activities, facilitating the traceability of agreements and changes, if any
• Assure technical cooperation in the team and with Contractors in order to minimize technical and economic risks.

Key activities

• Liaising with all technical managers in order to assure alignment and consistency of design.
• Issue regularly the interface status report (including progress status and identification of concerns)
• Organize and managing regular interface meetings with contractors in order to reduce technical and economic risks, negotiating the best solution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree from an accredited university
• Work experience of eight (8) years in the sought discipline after earning the university degree
• Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports
