Barilla Group is seeking an Intercompany Services Senior Analyst based in Parma to govern intra‑group service management and recharge processes. You will lead end‑to‑end data collection, maintain allocation models, and ensure alignment with transfer pricing policies while supporting audits and cross‑functional governance.

• At least 3 years of experience in Administration, Finance or Intercompany roles.
• Fluent English and Italian; strong data accuracy and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Govern intra‑group service management processes and recharge calculations.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end data collection for intra‑group allocations across Corporate Functions and Legal Entities.
• Maintain and update cost allocation models and allocation keys aligned with business drivers.
• Ensure compliance with Group transfer pricing policies and audit requirements.
• Integrate recharges within Actual, Budget and Forecast cycles; support audits and governance.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax and Consolidation teams to align reporting perspectives.
• Drive continuous improvement of intra‑group service processes and controls.
