Job summary

Barilla Group in Parma, Italy, is seeking a Business Performance Analyst to turn financial and operational data into actionable insights for Security, Facilities, Welfare and the Company Solidarity Fund. This fixed-term 12-month role blends finance, project management and stakeholder engagement in an international, collaborative environment.

You will support budgeting cycles, prepare dashboards, and monitor cost-center performance, while ensuring data quality and compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, Economics, Finance or related quantitative field.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Controlling, Business Analysis, Finance, Project Management or related areas.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong data analysis and data-visualization capabilities.
• Familiarity with SAP and business intelligence tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget cycles, quarterly reviews and mid-year estimates.
• Collect, structure and analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare dashboards, reports and performance analyses for management decision-making.
• Monitor commitments, purchase orders, accruals, invoices, cash-out and cost-center performance.
• Support business cases and RCA activities, including post-investment analyses.
• Contribute to reporting tools, data quality and cost-control processes using Excel, SAP and BI tools.
