Job summary

Allianz Services in Italy seeks an Information Risk Management Specialist to provide subject matter expertise on security assurance for Allianz operating entities and to support project goals. You will advise during working sessions, review documentation, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Required: degree in IT/CS, 3+ years in IT/IT security, and knowledge of ISO 27001/COBIT/NIST CSF. A proactive, client-facing approach is essential to succeed in this role within Allianz Services.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/Information Systems or CS; candidates with non-IT backgrounds may be considered if experience is relevant.
• 3+ years of IT/IT Security experience with 1–2 years in security-related tasks (IT service management, system administration, security monitoring, IAM, IT audit/governance/risk).
• Experience with information security standards/frameworks such as ISO 27001/27002, COBIT or NIST CSF and applying them in practice.
• Enjoy learning new skills and building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to meet expectations.
• Support day-to-day operations and complete deliverables on time.
• Advise clients during security assurance processes and validate documentation and evidence.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain stakeholder communications.
• Review junior team members' work to ensure quality and relevance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues; manage conflicts with client counterparts.
• Advise clients on information security management per Allianz policies and best practices.
