Allianz Services cerca un Senior Expert per Cyber Risk Assessment, responsabile della coordinazione ed esecuzione della valutazione del rischio cibernetico per oltre 70 entità Allianz. Inserimento nella divisione Resilience as a Service, con ruolo micro-cluster per CRQs e quantificazioni di rischio.

Si richiede esperienza pluriennale in gestione del cyber risk, conoscenze di principi di sicurezza, laurea in discipline quantitative e eccellenti capacità analitiche e comunicative.

Competenze

• 5+ anni di esperienza nella gestione del cyber risk.
• Laurea in matematica, statistica, economia o campo quantitativo.
• Conoscenza di standards di sicurezza informatica.
• Capacità di analizzare dati e identificare cause radici.
• Buone capacità comunicative e gestione degli stakeholder.

• Gestire e mantenere il modello di quantificazione del rischio.
• Analizzare e validare input dati e risultati del modello.
• Supportare la fornitura di servizi di quantificazione del rischio a clienti globali.
• Valutare e presentare i risultati del modello.
• Analizzare modifiche al modello in collaborazione con il fornitore.
• Fornire supporto funzionale per l'intera piattaforma interna e definire requisiti.
• Condurre training e supporto agli utenti dello strumento.
• Preparare e aggiornare documentazione pertinente.

Job role

Engage in a service that is responsible for the coordination and execution of the Top Cyber Threat Assessment for all Allianz Entities (70+).

This role will be part of the Resilience as a Service division, and act within it as a micro-cluster performing cyber threat assessments and CRQs - Cyber Risk Quantifications.

What you will do

• Manage and maintain the cyber risk quantification model in collaboration with the vendor
• Regularly analyze and validate input data and model results
• Support the delivery of cyber risk quantification services provided to clients globally
• Evaluation and presentation of the model results
• Analysis and coordination of model changes in collaboration with the vendor
• Provide functional support for an internal platform as well as conception and testing of functional requirements
• Conduct training sessions and provide functional support for tool users
• Prepare, revise and maintain relevant documentation

What you bring

• Experience with risk quantification model tools is a plus.
• Very good knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
• Ability to analyze data and extrapolate relevant information, identify problem root causes and think creatively for solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical and customer oriented mindset, with a genuine interest in technology, digital transformation, and innovation (e.g. IT, automation, or GenAI). We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.

You have

• 5+ years of experience in cyber risk management.
• Knowledge of information security standards is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Economics with a quantitative focus, or a related field is a plus.
