Albelissa S.r.l. in Italy seeks a Senior Industrial Projects Engineer to join projects at the Pinerolo site. You will report to the Manufacturing Manager and focus on painting plants and heat treatment machinery, guiding equipment lifecycle from installation through commissioning.

Responsibilities include plant design, supplier management, and on-site coordination, with international travel and a strong emphasis on efficiency and cost reduction. Fluency in English required.

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or technical diploma.
• 5-6 years in a similar role or in maintenance, installation or service.
• Strong IT skills with Excel, SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad (25-30%).
• Interpersonal, autonomous, flexible, team-oriented, analytical, and proactive.
• Leadership and ability to coordinate with internal/external partners.
• Ability to work cross-functional.
• Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.
• Good command of English.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Industrial Projects Engineer tojoin projects in our manufacturing plant in Pinerolo (TO), Italy.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, this figurewill join the team contributing to the management of key projects in themanufacturing field, from the initial phase to implementation, ensuringalignment with strategic objectives and expected timelines. The main focus willbe on painting plants and heat treatment machinery.

• Project & Equipment LifecycleManagement: Supervise the installation, modification, improvement, andcommissioning of production equipment, ensuring alignment with projecttimelines and productivity goals (combining points 1 and 7).
• Plant Engineering & Design: Identifyfacility needs in cross-functional collaboration and define systemspecifications, layouts, and implementation plans (combining points 2 and 3).
• Supplier & Procurement Management: Managesupplier relations, procurement requests, and economic negotiations alongsidethe Purchasing department (combining point 4).
• Site Operations & Safety: Coordinateon-site operational activities, contractors, and external personnel whileensuring environmental and safety compliance (combining points 5 and 6).
• Performance & Facility Monitoring: Monitorassigned industrial facilities, verify production and quality performance, andoversee continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency and cost reduction(combining points 8, 9, 10, and 11).
• Innovation & Competitiveness:Contribute to the ongoing innovation and technological development of theproduction unit (covering point 12).

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or technicaldiploma with good knowledge of similar professional experiences
• At least 5-6 years' experience in a similar roleor in maintenance, installation or service.
• Good understanding and use of IT tools, such asExcel, SAP or other ERP and management systems.
• Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad(25-30% of the time).
• Good interpersonal skills, autonomy,flexibility, aptitude for teamwork, analytical skills, problem solving,priority management and motivation to operate in a challenging context.
• Leadership skills and interface with variousinternal functions and external interlocutors, such as suppliers and productionpartners.
• Ability to work effectively in across-functional environment.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies isconsidered a plus.
• Good command of English.

Contract Type: To be defined based on the candidate's skillsand experience.

Salary: Approximately €34,500 to €38,000 Gross Annual Salary(RAL) and commensurate with actual professional experience in addition toticket lunch.
