Albelissa Engineering, IT & Digital Solutions seeks a Senior Industrial Projects Engineer for our manufacturing plant in Pinerolo (TO), Italy. You will manage projects from initial phase to implementation, focusing on painting plants and heat treatment machinery, reporting to the Manufacturing Manager.

You will oversee lifecycle activities, define layouts, manage suppliers, and coordinate on-site operations with safety and environmental compliance, driving efficiency and cost reductions across

Competenze

• 5–6 years of experience in a similar role or in maintenance, installation or service.
• Strong IT tooling knowledge with Excel and SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad (25–30%).

Mansioni

• Supervise project and equipment lifecycle from installation to commissioning.
• Define system specifications, layouts, and implementation plans.
• Manage supplier relations and economic negotiations with Purchasing.
• Coordinate on-site operations, contractors and safety compliance.
• Monitor facilities, verify production/quality, and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to innovation and competitiveness of the production unit.
