Generali Group in Trieste is seeking an experienced professional to join the Group Accounting Policies & IFRS Reporting team. You will shape and implement group accounting policies, support IFRS reporting processes and drive improvements in a truly international finance environment.

The role combines technical accounting expertise with cross-functional collaboration, requires fluent English, a Master’s in accounting or related field, and at least 5–7 years of experience. Travel may be required.

Competenze

• Master's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Professional qualifications (ACA/ACCA/CPA) are a plus.
• 5–7 years of professional experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Experience in multinational or insurance groups is valued.

Mansioni

• Define, maintain and evolve Group Accounting Policies per IFRS.
• Monitor impact of new standards on the Group's reporting.
• Provide technical accounting support to Group Units on IFRS issues.
• Prepare accounting memoranda and policy documents.
• Support IFRS 17 reporting processes and policy interpretation.
• Assist in consolidation and external audit interactions.
• Deliver training on accounting topics within the Group.
