Job summary

Aldebaran Group is seeking an HV Electrical Engineer to lead the design and validation of high‑voltage architectures for industrial facilities, with a focus on renewable energy and green hydrogen production.

The role requires coordinating design studies, supporting bid evaluations, and advising project teams on critical technical choices to ensure reliability, safety, and compliance across the project lifecycle. You will work across diverse geographies with multi‑disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HV/MV electrical engineering.
• Experience on large-scale industrial or energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of power transmission and distribution.
• Proficiency with HV calculations and ETAP.

Responsibilities

• Define, optimize, and validate electrical architectures for HV systems in hydrogen production units.
• Coordinate design and sizing studies of HV/MV/LV installations.
• Support bid evaluations and technical discussions with contractors and suppliers.
• Advise project teams on technical choices for renewable integration and reliability.
• Propose innovative technical solutions aligned with energy transition challenges.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design consistency across disciplines.
• Contribute to company standards, procedures, and quality frameworks.
