Job summary

The Greater Change is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support and manage the development of a hotel project in Southern Italy. Based primarily in Milan, you will act as the central coordinator between the company, consultants, contractors, vendors, suppliers and authorities involved in the project.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, designers and operators, travel to the project site as needed, and ensure alignment on timelines, requirements and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of project management / project coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating consultants, contractors, vendors and third parties.
• Hospitality, hotel development, real estate or construction experience preferred.
• Good understanding of the Italian market and local regulations.
• Italian language proficiency preferred; English required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project coordination and timelines.
• Serve as the main contact between the company, consultants, contractors, vendors and authorities.
• Coordinate with hospitality consultants, hotel operators and vendors.
• Travel to Southern Italy project site as required and coordinate with local stakeholders.
• Attend site meetings, monitor progress and ensure actions are implemented.
• Prepare updates, trackers and status reports for management.
• Support pre-opening, budgeting, procurement and contract coordination.
• Identify risks, issues and coordinate solutions with relevant parties.
• Maintain project documentation and approvals; ensure proper handover to hotel operator.
