The Greater Change seeks a senior finance leader to lead the financial readiness and ongoing operations for a luxury resort reopening in Southern Italy. You will own financial integrity, governance, and cash management across rooms, golf, spa and events, reporting to ownership and coordinating with the hotel operator.

• At least 10 years of finance experience in hotels or resorts.
• Experience leading hotel openings or refurbishments.
• Fluent Italian and strong professional English.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost control skills.
