Exein S.p.a. is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team and shape the company’s visual identity across marketing, communications, and digital touchpoints.

You will translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear visuals for technical and business audiences, collaborating with regional teams and a senior designer to ensure high-quality outputs. You’ll lead design for executive presentations, thought leadership content, print collateral, website updates, and digital

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design, brand design, or similar roles in a B2B tech environment.
• Expertise across brand design, corporate presentations, editorial materials, and digital marketing assets.
• Ability to create polished presentations for executives and business stakeholders.
• Experience applying visual identities across formats with attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging visuals for diverse audiences.
• Strong knowledge of Webflow with ability to update and maintain websites.
• Familiar with print design, production, and coordination with external vendors.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional, international teams across time zones.
• Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Higgsfield) and basic motion graphics.
• Familiarity with Figma and presentation tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides is strongly preferred.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.
• English fluency is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Brand & Visual Identity: Help shape and develop the visual identity across marketing materials and communications.
• Presentation & Corporate Design: Design executive decks and Board presentations with strong visual storytelling.
• Content, Editorial & Print Design: Create white papers, reports, brochures, business cards, and branded collateral.
• Website Design & Maintenance: Support updates to the Webflow website ensuring brand consistency.
• Digital Marketing Assets: Produce visuals for marketing campaigns and channels including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Cross-functional & International Collaboration: Coordinate with teams across Europe and overseas.
• Project & Vendor Management: Manage multiple design projects and external partners.
• Design Review & Mentorship: Provide direction to junior designers and ensure design standards.
