Hired is seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Management Specialist for a full-time role to oversee end-to-end logistics and optimize supply chains. You will analyze data to identify trends, reduce costs, and improve service levels across multiple regions.

The position emphasizes developing strategies, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure efficient delivery of goods and services while navigating regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• Experience in logistics coordination, supply chain planning, or related fields is required.
• Proficiency with supply chain management software and data visualization tools is necessary.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and compliance standards is preferred.
