Amplifon is seeking a Global Senior Data Scientist to join the Retail Excellence team in Milan. You will develop advanced analyses, ML models and data visualizations to optimize sales strategies and uncover growth opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of data science experience, strong Python/SQL skills, and familiarity with PowerBI and GCP tools. This hybrid role is based in Milan with some remote work.

Qualifications

• Degree in quantitative fields like Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics, Computing or Engineering.
• 3/4 years of experience in data science projects with forecasting, optimization and ML.
• Exposure to large language models or data governance/quality tools is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with external resources for model development.
• Advanced Excel and Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Work on cutting-edge data science use cases across the sales journey.
• Apply advanced analytics to extract insights from business data.
• Build data-driven models to answer business questions.
• Develop hypotheses and experiments to guide sales strategy.
• Create visualizations and dashboards to influence stakeholders.
• Develop ML models to facilitate Sales processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing/CRM, IT and Analytics teams to build shared data products.
