Job summary

Agoda is seeking a proactive Compliance & Ethics professional to join our global team in Bangkok. You will lead daily compliance activities, review gifts and due diligence, develop policies, deliver training, and partner with Legal, Finance, and other functions to embed ethics into business processes.

Relocation support is available; this onsite role emphasizes integrity, stakeholder collaboration, and innovative risk management.

Qualifications

At least 5 years' experience in compliance and ethics in multinational organizations.
Proactive thinker who can develop solutions.
Detail-oriented with ability to see the big picture.
Ability to act as C&E strategic advisor.
Strong communication skills in English.
Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and support day-to-day compliance and ethics initiatives.
Review gifts, entertainment, conflicts of interest disclosure, third-party due diligence, risk assessment, monitoring and testing; drive mitigations with stakeholders.
Develop, implement and enhance policies, procedures and SOPs.
Support the development and delivery of compliance training programs, including in-person and virtual sessions.
Promote a strong ethical culture through awareness campaigns and collaboration.
Partner with Legal, Finance, Government Affairs, People, Commercial, Supply and other teams to embed requirements.
Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies to streamline workflows.
Prepare management updates and other compliance communications.
