The Head of Finance Operations role in Milan leads fund finance, transaction operations and financial control for a lean investment firm. You will coordinate with AIFM, fund administrator and SPV providers to ensure timely, audit-ready reporting from deal close through investor reporting.

Key focus areas include NAV reviews, capital calls, investor reporting, budgeting, payroll coordination and robust internal controls. Experience across private markets and cross-border operations is essential.

Competenze

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
• ACA, ACCA or equivalent helpful but not required if experience is strong.

Mansioni

• Own fund finance, transaction operations and financial control.
• Coordinate with external providers (AIFM, admin, accountants, auditors).
• Lead investor reporting, budgets and payroll coordination with external advisers.
• Manage governance, valuation, and operational due diligence evidence.
